Hello, I'm Ashley. I am a year-old professional looking to rent out one of the rooms in my house (eventually, it might go up to two rooms for rent).

My home is minutes away from beautiful Huntington State Beach. You will have full access to the house and your own bathroom.

You will have full access to:

1. Kitchen
2. Front courtyard with Fireplace
3. Backyard with BBQ and Smoker, Firepit, Pool and Jacuzzi
4. Access to Washer and Dryer in Garage
5. Driveway Parking
6. Access to a Spare fridge in the Garage if you have special non-communal food

Please note that this is a pet-friendly home. I have a -pound goldendoodle named Athena, who is very friendly, and 5 cats. If you have a pet you want to bring along, I am open to that. However, a temperament check to ensure your pet vibes with mine is required.
