Spacious bedroom available on the 2nd floor of a corner house in a serene, family-oriented neighborhood. The apartment features ample closet space, in-unit washer and dryer, and convenient access to parks and city transportation. While driveway parking isn’t available, there’s plenty of street parking on the block. No Smoking, No Weed, Music is cool but not that loud as it is a quiet bedroom. Your Roommate (me) I’m a work-from-home professional in the Ad-Tech space, balancing a schedule with evenings spent enjoying movies. Quiet and respectful, I value personal space and to create a comfortable, drama-free living environment. Currently single (and straight), I’m not accommodating couples at this time but am open to meeting new people (platonically).
