Gorgeous, large room with office for rent in the luxurious Three Oaks Community. You will have full access to the heated pool and hot tub, private entrance and access to all common areas including the kitchen, laundry and living room areas. Come relax in a hot tub and pool only minutes away from Siesta Beach. Close to major shopping areas and interstate exits. The larger room is currently unfurnished but furnishing is negotiable. Parking on driveway for now, parking in the garage is possible. Utilities are included in rent with the exception of pool and hot tub heating propane (will be TBD negotiated on usage). The home is owner occupied (myself) and I have 2 dogs and a cat, all friendly but no more room for any pets. My living space is on the opposite side of the house. The bathroom is private until another roommate moves in to the second room both rooms are available for rent (The second, smaller room at $ month minimum rental. The house itself is Sq Ft. Move in is one months rent as first, last and security deposit.
