Female preferred

Hello we are looking for someone to split the rent with on a bath house in Apache Junction. Female preferred, no drugs, prefer non smoker but if you are can smoke outside. No alcoholics, in moderation is fine. It would be one other female and myself a responsible male in the house. Has a nice open back yard and garage. The rent is about $ a month split three ways. The person with the master bedroom might pay a little extra. Plus utilities. If your interested please me thank you. You would have your own bathroom if you have the master bedroom. Not sure about animals, I don't mind but the other female has a dog and possibly a cat. Animals can be discussed.
