Room for rent in Leucadia, west of the ! Master bedroom available in a bth home. Was renovated about a year ago so inside is new with new appliances. Super close to the beach and very walkable.

Looking for a working professional, mellow, outdoorsy, likes to be social, but not too big into partying. Rent + utilities will be around $. Room will be available late December or early January. The house is furnished except for the bedroom. Please reach out if you have questions!
