I’m renting one room in my spacious, top-floor, 2-bedroom loft at the exclusive Alessio Complex. This is a corner unit with plenty of natural sunlight, and it comes with some incredible perks: you’ll have your own private bathroom, access to a large balcony, a cozy fireplace, and even underground parking.

Living at Alessio means enjoying high-end amenities, including a -hour gym, three jacuzzis, a pool, a dog park, and on- laundry.

I’m looking for a friendly, stable roommate with a solid career—ideally someone who spends at least part of the week outside the home. Pets are welcome! I work in tech sales and am usually in the office Monday to Thursday, so there’s plenty of quiet time at home.
