They will apply directly through an online application process: Transunion Smartmove. This software handles everything online so that we don't see any of their secure information, & it's compliant with all federal, state and local housing laws, including the more recent one for Cook County, the Just Housing Amendment. The building is involved in the tenant screening process. I will need , phone number and name of the potential tenant so we can reach out & get started.
