2 story house located near Junction Blvd in Roseville. The master bedroom is available upstairs with its own private bathroom, with 3 closets between the rooms. It does come unfurnished but can be furnished upon request before moving in. The house has a living room and family room downstairs, as well as a kitchen that was recently remodeled a couple of years ago. The backyard is fairly spacious and there is room for gardening or relaxation. Brand new washer and dryer was just installed on as well. There is a parking spot in the garage for an additional fee each month, otherwise there is plenty of street parking. The area is very safe and is very central to Roseville near a lot of shopping! The carpet was all just professionally cleaned and is ready for someone to move in!

Ideally we are looking for a nice, quiet, professional couple with no pets or children who are looking for a room with a lot of privacy. More photos of the house are available upon request!

I myself occupy the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. I work in Finance and I am gone until p.m. most nights since I am working if the stock market is open. I am a little introverted and just stay in my room in the evenings. We do not have any pets or children, and we don't smoke or do drugs. My wife works in another city near the Bay Area and will be at the house every other weekend usually so the house is very quiet. We essentially bought a big house to eventually start a family in the future but for now, there is a lot of space we are just not using.

There is one male () roommate who will be moving in January and will occupy a bedroom upstairs across the hall and occupy the hallway bathroom, but he is a young professional and is gone most of the day for his job as well.
