Looking for a roommate!

Hi! My roommates and I are looking for someone to move into our house starting in the beginning of January. Our lease ends in July so it would be a potential 6 month lease.

We live about 5 minutes south of the airport so it is convenient to get to both the asu tempe and downtown campus. It’s me, my boyfriend, and another girl and we are all . I’m a full time law student and the other two are employed full time. We are looking for a girl around the same age. You would have your own bathroom and rent is $ plus utilities which total to around or less per month.

Other information:
-I have a cat but she is not good with other animals
-Parking is free, on the driveway
-We are all super clean and neat and hold the same expectations of a potential roommate
-We go out on weekends occasionally but would need weeknights to be quiet
-Everything in the house is already furnished and the bedroom could have a bed with a nightstand or it can be unfurnished, depending on your needs
