Hi guys, I’m looking for a girl to take over my lease from Dec , but the lease can be extended through the summer if you prefer. The apartment is the Social Normal and it’s a bath. Rent is $ not including utilities, but internet is free and there is a washer/dryer in unit. Community amenities include a fully equipped fitness center, sparkling pool & sun deck, communal study spaces, a free large parking and EV Charging Stations, Sand Volleyball Court, Grill Stations.
