Hi, I have a room available downstairs for rent. This posting is also on and I have more pictures if you want to see them.

Single family home with 3 bathrooms four bedrooms, 3 bedrooms downstairs and one on the upper level.

One available room with a shared bathroom on the lower level. Extra storage closet in lower level, laundry room also located on the lower level and another living room.

Utilities included in rent: gas, electric, waste removal, water, internet.

Upper level is shared, includes living room, a bathroom and kitchen.

Picture of the outside is an older picture, the backyard has a full deck and a grill for summer BBQ’s.

The location is near tikahtnu, Fred meyers across the street and close to base and the highway. Very convenient location.

The room will be unfurnished the bed in the picture is a king size bed for reference, the walls used to be mauve but it is now white.

I do have a dog but he does not get along with other dogs. 3 adults living at property, we all have full time jobs
