I am looking to sublease my bedroom around January 1st until the end of the lease which is end of June with option to renew! I live in a bath apartment in the loop located at, S La Salle St, Chicago, IL. There is an in unit washer and dryer, A/C, and a dishwasher. Additionally, all appliances are modern and updated. The apartment complex offers amenities including a pool, gym, half a basketball court, a movie theater room, and more! Rent is $ a month per roommate, and with utilities, it comes out to about $. Current roommate is a year old Female who works at home days out of the week but is potentially moving out mid January-early February. We are looking for someone around this age who is cleanly and who is open for a different roommate for the remainder of the months of lease.
