Lease Take over

Hello I am looking for someone to take over a sublease for a 4-bedroom apartment at University Edge starting the second semester through July! Rent is $/month (utilities not included). This apartment is only 2 minutes away from campus and features high-end amenities, including a marble countertop, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and there’s an in-unit laundry room. The unit is pet friendly and parking permits are available.
