Me and my partner are looking for a roommate to share our apt with. This is a month to month agreement but the longer you would like to stay the better. You would have your own private room with walk in closet and a private bath. Room is furnished. We have in unit laundry. Condo has pool, jacuzzi, sauna, bbq area, and a volleyball court. Located less than a mile away from UTC mall. The price includes a parking spot for you. We have two friendly Australian shepherd dogs so must be okay with dogs. Unfortunately no more pets are allowed in this unit. Room is available now so looking for someone who would like to move in by Dec 1st or before. Price does not include utilities.
