ft. and will be unfurnished. There’s plenty of closet space and you’ll have your own separate bathroom with a tub and 2 sinks with cabinet space underneath. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and patio will be furnished. Apartment comes with a full sized washer and dryer, and has all other necessary appliances. Wifi, water, electric included. $ 9
Hundred Dollar security deposit due before move-in and $ 9 Hundred due on the 1st of every month. Thirty-day notice required before move-out. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The area is really nice, safe, and pretty quiet. A courtesy officer lives on property and community is 4 minutes from the police station in case of emergencies. Front door will have a ring camera. Gated community, resort style pool, hour fitness center, business center, and more. Must be employed and pet-friendly. I work a day job and have an ESA animal who is a super friendly hypoallergenic dog, Fourteen lbs, female. She will only be allowed to walk around apartment as long as I am home. No additional pets please.
