I’m looking to rent out a bedroom in my 4-bedroom single-family home located just 2 minutes from Narcoossee Road. Ideal tenants are responsible females who are working professionals or students. Cats are welcome with a $ pet deposit, but no other pets, children, service animals, or medical marijuana use.

Details:

• Rent: $/month (Add $ for utilities: ADT home security, 1 GB Comcast Business internet, electricity, and water). If household water/electric utilities exceed $/month, the overage will be split.
• Room Options: Two rooms are available, and you can pick the one you prefer. Both share a bathroom.
• Common Areas: Fully furnished with a -inch TV, sectional, dining table, barstools, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with icemaker and water dispenser.
• Parking: Each tenant is allotted one driveway parking spot.

• New construction home built in . Newly renovated bedrooms with hardwood flooring (no carpet).

House Rules:
