Hello! I am looking for someone to sublease the master bedroom in my Los Feliz apartment from mid November through April. It’s bath and you get a garage parking spot too.
The apartment is in the best part of Los Feliz right next to all the major restaurants, bars and shopping.
You would live with my friend Kai who is extremely easy going, he is a substitute teacher and comedian. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished and will stay that way.
I can be flexible on start and end date. Ideally you have your own furniture for bedroom but I can also be flexible on that.
