Spacious open concept apt

Double sinks in the bathroom. In unit laundry. Open concept kitchen/living room. Bottom level. Back patio with slide doors. Spare bedroom completely empty and not used. Would need to be ok rooming with me and splitting rent until I do move out, then all rent/utilities you are responsible for (you would pay me until the lease ends which is in May). Once the lease is over, you would be able to renew in your name if you wanted! You would need to meet the 3X’s rent requirement and be approved by my management first.
