Room available in midtown Spanish style home with backyard and garage storage. I am a mid-thirties professional working in healthcare administration and I have two cats. No additional pets and no smoking. Someone with a similar lifestyle and waking hours would be ideal. Female preferred. I work from home a few days a week and enjoy cooking, walking to the beach, and Pilates. I’m fairly quiet but would like to get to know and go out with my roommate. Your bathroom would be shared with guests when over but otherwise only yours. Two rooms are available if you work from home full time or we could split the third room for a shared office/hobby space. If you are interested in this we can discuss rental rate. You will need to sign lease and provide application and proof of income, credit check will be done as well. Landlord flexible on year or month to month lease.
