I have a master bedroom for rent with a walk in closet, fire place, your own private balcony and private bathroom.
Located in Gladstone. The house is square feet with baths and two car garage! All of us have bedrooms on our own level, so it's nice for privacy. We have a hot tub + projector outside. It's just me and my good friend that rent this place. We have one small cat and a small dog. The rent is not including utilities. I would need for a security deposit
Preferably looking for someone in their mid 's. No drama, easy going and reliable!
