ISO Female Roommate

Hey guys! I’m looking for someone to take over my roommate’s month to month lease in Hillcrest with a move in date of December /MO plus utilities.

-B apartment, huge master bedroom with your own bathroom, access to shared porch, and a walk in closet.

-Pool, in unit washer and dryer, central AC, a balcony, grill/ fire pit in outside area, a dish washer, shared parking spot in a garage with plenty of street parking.

Looking for someone who is clean, organized and in mid s. I basically work east coast hours so I’m in bed pretty early on week nights, but I like to go out on the weekends, surf, rock climb, and hike.
