Flatmate needed!

Hello,

I am in need of a new flatmate to move in late October or early November!

Cost per month is £ including bills which for its location is not too shabby. I’ll go into details privately for the rundown of the bills

Central location flat, we are across the street from Temple Meads.

I’m looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy, able to pay the bills, preferably not a smoker!!

You would be moving into a furnished double sized room! We share a bathroom, kitchen, and living space. But honestly, your room will be spacious and cosy enough that you’ll probably wind up chilling in their most evenings.

This most ideal for a professional working !
* Must have a UK guarantor and earn at least £ annually*

I should note that this flat isn’t the most ideal for parties, or anything too rambunctious, it’s honestly a quiet space. But I’m super chill, always down for a pub night, and will do my part to make this feel like a home!
