SUBLEASE SPRING/JANUARY
Hiii!! I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment that is FULLY FURNISHED at The Mark Tucson for January !! The Mark offers so many great utilities including: own personal gym, rooftop pool, sauna, tanning beds, study rooms and more! It would be bedroom B in the Denmark Smart Unit. The smart unit includes, upgraded mattress, home controls from your phone, bluetooth shower head speakers, larger living space (in room and living room area), own room TV, private balcony, pool table, laundry room and more! (I added in some pictures of what the apartment looks like right now). Currently all girls live inside the apartment. Two are freshman at the UofA and one is a junior! They are open to any girl who would like to stay and are very clean and friendly!! The lease ends in July and would be around $ a month (then utilities is no more than $ & parking $)!
