What we have: A beautiful, high end home in Mira Costa Estates situated for easy access to so many places. Minutes from , College, Oceanside Blvd, and 5. We are a minute walk to Mira Costa College.

The home is furnished to a very high standard. It also has very high end technology, including Tankless Hot water, solar, central air conditioning, 6 person spa, and full home automation including Alexa.

The room offered is fully furnished (all new) with a desk, full bed (with under bed storage), wall closet and large TV. It has two power windows, two power skylights, and a private entrance.

There is a reserved parking spot for full time off street parking with no blocking of other parking areas (no need for frequent relocating of your car to support use of the garage).

Who Are We:

I am an upper middle aged, former military man who works from home full time. When I am home, I am generally in my office, in the kitchen enjoying a meal, or working on the car in the garage.

My year old son lives on the property in a separate home in the back of the property. He comes into the house infrequently to use the kitchen and bathroom. So basically, I have the house essentially to myself at the moment. A bit to quiet for me, to be honest.

We have one, full time, pointer mix dog, Shelby (See Pics). Shelby is a beautiful, loving year old girl. She is a bit of an attention hog and a large mooch.
