Newly remodelled, fully furnished, spacious bedroom in a clean, quiet, centrally located, mobile home park. Shared bathroom, off-street parking, low utilities. Easy going, tidy (but not obsessively so) and quiet (I write and self-publish books). I bought this house unfinished and while it’s livable, it’s not done. So, I seek a roommate with patience and a willingness to turn a blind eye to ongoing projects. The really noisy disruptive things are all done. Bring first and last month’s rent and your suitcase!
