Semi-furnished room for female

Description

The private room is partially furnished with a full size bed frame and mattress. It has a closet and tile floors. The house is a one story home with a fenced in back yard and deck. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. We are pretty close to the airport so you do hear the airplanes overhead, but it’s not bothersome for us or loud in the house. It’s a very cute, cozy little home and fully furnished. The bathroom will only be shared with me. My current roommate rents the master bedroom and has her own. We do have a washer and drier. We're looking for another female professional but would consider students as well.
