San Diego native starting winter quarter at UCSC for Biochem and Molecular Bio as a transfer student ☺️
I'm neurodivergent, queer, have 2 very sweet cats, and like a quiet, peaceful home. Single and don't have people over often. Looking for someone with a similar lifestyle to either find a lease together, or move into your open bedroom! Hoping for a spot in Seabright or south of the 1 near Natural Bridges.
I have great credit (+) and strong renter references, but do not plan to be working during my 2 years at UCSC as I have plenty enough in savings to comfortably focus on finishing my degree.
