Hi my name is Priscilla. I currently live alone and looking for a female roommate to split the rent with. You won’t need to worry about the down deposit or the extra fees. All the utilities are included in the rent already. My studio is pretty small and furnished. My apartment comes with a half kitchen and a private bathroom. I can accommodate to each others comfort. I’m aware the bed does take up a lot of the space so I’m honestly okay with any suggestions that can make this workout. The property comes with a shared gym, pool/jacuzzi, and laundry mat downstairs. I do have a free parking spot if you would like to use it. I just really need a roommate before November 1st.

Hi I’m looking for 1 female roommate to share my studio with.The place comes with one bathroom, half a kitchen. You would need your own bed to sleep on. Also, I can rearrange to each others comfort. The place does come with all utilities included in the monthly rent as well as WiFi. No down deposit or hidden fees. The property comes with a shared gym, pool/jacuzzi, and laundry mat downstairs. I’m pretty laid back I respect privacy, mainly looking for someone to help me out because it’s beginning to get too hard on my own. However please keep in mind we would be sharing the same space that is connected to the kitchen. But, I do have a private bathroom.
