Hoping for a friendly chill respectful girlie to fill the 3rd bedroom. 2 tiny furry friends🐶🐶 live here already- we are not looking to add anymore furry friends.

We are in a small apartment complex with a pool. walking distance from the metro, noho park, Amazon fresh, cvs, the movie theatre and many restaurants and businesses in the noho arts district.

The apartment is very spacious with a lot of character including cute wood accents throughout and a fireplace.

The room is quite large with 2 sunny windows, 2 sliding mirrored door closets, a storage crawl space and a door to the bathroom that is shared with 1 other female roomate.

Lots of space in the 2 story apartment for everyone to feel comfortable - shared space includes the living room, kitchen, dining room, entryway, downstairs half bath, reading nook and the 3 closets in the upstairs hallway.

We all 3 would share the 2 tandem parking spots.
