An Queen Aerobed,(or twin mattress) ,rolling clothing rack,desk and chair can be provided if needed.

You can take your pick out of 3 rooms to call your own. I don't have photos for all of the rooms empty. Feel free to come and take a look.

You would mostly have the house to yourself. I travel for work and last year I only spent a total of a week at home.

There’s a gourmet kitchen w/ Viking stove & Sub- fridge stocked with pots,pans,utensils,etc. Shared shower & water closet (toilet room). Shared living room.A washer & dryer included on the property that is shared with the other 2 units in the building. A private back deck that is not shared with the other units.

The house is centrally located in SOMA off 8th st. & between Mission & Howard St. 2 blocks from Bart & Muni. Walking distance to restaurants, Trader Joes ,Coscto & Harvest Urban Market is minute walk away.Freeways are less than 5 mins. Away. Street parking, but garages for rent are a block away.

Internet is included and gas & electric will be split monthly.
