OVERVIEW: This is a private and unfurnished (the bed frame is for scale and is not included) ensuite master bedroom/bathroom within a bathroom apartment.

WELCOME DEMOGRAPHICS AND PETS: All demographics except minors are welcome. Overnight guests and pets (except for dogs that are not registered as service animals per the complex's rules) are allowed. Bringing a pet that is not registered as a service animal requires a pet deposit.

UTILITIES: Gas and water are included in the rent, and electricity and internet are not included. The rent is due on the 1st of every month with no grace period. The lease is annual, but the complex allows you to have someone else take over your spot on the lease before it ends without it counting as a lease break.

ALLOWED SUBSTANCES: Cannabis consumption is allowed inside of the apartment but not outside in or near the apartment complex. Tobacco consumption is allowed outside in the apartment complex but not inside the apartment. Alcohol consumption is allowed in the apartment.

UNIT: The apartment is sq. ft. and has a spacious dining area and kitchen with a large amount of storage room. It also has a large living room with room for a TV and/or other items if you desire to bring them into the apartment and/or obtain them afterward.

PARKING: There is one parking spot for the entire apartment, but only remaining occupants currently owns a car and parks in it. They are, however, more than happy to share the spot, and there is ample street parking right in front of the complex.
