Hello!
Due to an urgent situation, I had to return to my home city and am now looking for someone to sublease my bedroom and private bathroom in a -bath apartment as soon as possible. Preferably, I am seeking a female tenant.

The apartment is located in UTC, Lebon drive, right next to Vons grocery store and has easy access to buses and trolley (≈ 5 minutes walking to catch bus for UCSD and ≈ minutes walking for the trolley.)

The room is fully furnished. Rent is $ per month, excluding utilities which will be shared (≈ $ per month). The lease runs until July , but you can move out earlier with a one-month notice.
You’ll be sharing the unit with a very kind -year-old international working professional.

General house rules:
Clean up after yourself
No pets
No smoking indoors
Be responsible and pay rent on time
Guests are welcome occasionally
