Room for rent

Description

We’ll have a room available in a spacious .5-bathroom house, located near Peach and Madison Avenues in the Sunnyside area of Fresno. The room is on the second floor, and rent is $/month, which includes all utilities (electricity, sewer, trash, water, gas, and internet). This would be a month to month rental agreement with a security deposit.

The house is just a quick -minute drive to Fresno State (without traffic) and comes with access to a washer, dryer, kitchen, and backyard.

Currently, there are two of us living here – both males working in the construction management industry. I’m a Fresno State alumni, and my roommate also works in the same field.
