I’m a forty y/o, male pharmacist who’s looking for a private bed & bath located in Inglewood, Hawthorne or Lennox with assigned parking. My rent budget is eleven hundred dollars per month max with utilities& parking included. I prefer a month to month lease. My average credit score is top notch. I don’t smoke or use drugs. I don't have visitors. Most people would describe me as clean, polite, considerate, quiet and responsible. I have almost twenty years of experience renting as a tenant and would like to move in by Dec first. In addition, I usually visit my parents every other weekend so I won’t be occupying the unit during those days.
