Room for rent with private bathroom

Description

my roommate & i are looking for someone to fill a room in our house. move in date would be as soon as the end of October. we’d prefer no pets, as we already have 2 cats but we might be open to one more cat if it’s a good fit.

about the house:
it’s a bathroom house in Wolf Ranch. we all have our own bathrooms & you would get a garage spot! the bedroom you’re moving into is with an extra little nook that measures at . the spare bedroom is currently just kind of a chill room/extra storage, which you’re more than welcome to utilize, but we can talk more about its usage if you want.

about us:
we’re both pretty chill and don’t have any super hard rules other than keeping up with chores and communication. the two of us like to hang out and we’d love to be friends with you too, but it’s not a requirement if that isn’t your thing:) we don’t mind whatever you like to indulge in, we just ask that smoking is done outside.
I’m Lindsay, I’m , I’m a bartender and I’m in school to be a PTA. for fun, I like to do trivia nights/game nights, hiking, crafting, and I’m pretty big into EDM/raving. I volunteer at a cat shelter one day a week as well! I’m a night person, but with school i have to get up early most days of the week. I have a cat named Meatball who is a little social butterfly. I’m living in the other bedroom on the top floor, where you’ll be!
my roommate is Taylor, she’s , and also bartends. she’s a fan of staying in & having drinks with friends. she’s a night owl as well and is typically up late! her cat is named Alfie and he’s much more timid, but once he warms up to you he’s very sweet. she has the basement, which is where we often hang out together!
