This family-owned property offers a snug room equipped with a twin bed, refrigerator, microwave, and flat-screen TV. The residence is currently being renovated. While the room is compact and has limited storage, it can provide a comfortable space in an urban setting. Access to the kitchen is restricted due to my food allergies. Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities on the premises, but off-street parking is available. Overnight guests are not allowed, and we prefer to limit visitor access.

We are seeking clean, respectful, and drug-free individuals who are mature and responsible, ideally those who are easy-going and quiet. Smoking and pets are not allowed due to the presence of Miss Luna, our resident cat. Candidates should demonstrate financial stability, good character, and respectful behavior. Due to high demand, initial interviews and tours will be conducted virtually, with in-person meetings arranged for suitable candidates.
