- Available starting February 1, featuring a generous sq. ft. of space, a full closet, private bathroom, and basic furnishings (bed, nightstand, dresser).

- Prime spot across from Brier Creek Country Club and shopping center.
- Central access: minutes to Raleigh, minutes to Durham, and minutes to Chapel Hill.
- Only 5 minutes from Umstead State Park and RDU Airport.

About Me:
- I’m a -year-old male engineer, a Penn State grad working in Raleigh. I’m into fitness, sports, and enjoying the outdoors. I value a clean and organized living space.

Home Features:
- Spacious common areas: living room, kitchen, and laundry room.
- Community pool access.
- Garage gym with free weights and an exercise bike.
- Balcony Deck with gas fire pit and chairs.
- Room can be furnished with basics if needed at a slightly higher monthly rate.
