Room and private bathroom available in the Great Park neighborhood of Irvine (Novel Park). You will have access to multiple fabulous resort-like pools, one of them is pictured. Built in , the exact same floorplan recently sold for $ million; this is luxury living! We are looking for a clean pleasant human who loves dogs. Ideally we a re looking for a month contract potentially with option to extend should everything work out, although we can accommodate months also. We are flexible on furnished versus unfurnished, whatever your preference is. You will have a walk-in closet. Please note water, trash, gas, and wifi is included, but electricity is additional. Female preferred but we are also open to male.
