Private Room In Astoria, Queens

My roommate and I (both years old and female) have a third room available on November 1. To move in, you need a security deposit and the first month’s rent, both $. It is a month-to-month lease. Each month, we split ConEd and Fios which totals approximately $/month but can change depending on the season.

The available room can come with an air conditioner. A queen bed would fit as well but would be a tight squeeze. There is a nice-sized closet. We all share the shower in the main bathroom, but my roommate has her own half bath so there’s never a bathroom conflict. The apartment is a third-floor walk-up in a great part of Astoria, about a 7-minute walk to the N train at Astoria Blvd and close to many bars, restaurants, cafes, gyms, and laundromats. Our landlord is friendly and responsive.
