Townhome with garage!

Hello! I am looking for a roommate for me and my brother. The way the townhouse to set up you will have your own private room! Downstairs. I do like to cook a lot. and I am home pretty often. My office will be upstairs, but the basement is pretty much yours unless I'm going to the garage. I do cats. Just looking for somebody laid-back! I really don't care what you do!
