Shared house with a young professionals in a friendly, relaxed home life. Fairly quiet household enjoying cooking, and chilling with a good movie when at home.

More often I’m out enjoying Colorado activities like biking, hiking, camping, snowboarding etc.

Looking for someone who is respectful of others’ space and stuff and sleep time.

The ideal housemate:
· Mature: student, grad student or young professional

· Clean and interested in keeping a neat household

· Not a serious partier but open to hosting occasional BBQs, movie nights, etc.

· Responsible and able to pay bills on time

· Non-smoking/ outside only.

The house is big enough that we might not see or hear each other for days, depending on our schedules. Would be great to hang out, too.
