Hello, I am a straight female and have a small studio/room where I am seeking a straight female to share it with me.
I would like for you to be unvaccinated (in particular, no covid shot), as I am into natural medicine, as well.
This place has basic amenities with a bathroom to share that has shower/toilet/sink, and also a shared kitchen area which has a range/stove/microwave for light cooking. We would likely eat out much of the time, as we have a small fridge in the room.
The room will be furnished with a single bed for you that opens to a queen as we choose.
I am seeking a person who is a minimalist as there isn't much room. Ideal person will definitely be working out of the home, and may also travel, be there part time, as this is also an ideal place just for a crash pad.
The place is on the beach, so that's the best part, nature, ocean
breeze :).
Must pass criminal background check, as I may also have to get you approved by the landlord.
