I have a four bedroom house, currently have1 mail roommate. I’m looking for one more and keeping one bedroom for guest if needed. House is well located in Glendale, a lot to do within walking distance, grocery store, Glendale Galleria mall, the Americana etc. I am a very busy professional, I work in the film and TV industry. I like my home to be peaceful and relaxing. No parties, no friends hang out all the time. I’m a very clean person and organized. Housekeeper every two weeks for the real cleaning, we keep the light cleaning going. please tell me a little bit about yourself if you have social media, please share with me. PM. I’m looking for someone with a full-time job not working from home. The home is fully furnished. Street parking, no pets, no couples, no kids and no smoking of any type in the house.
