Room or roommate wanted

Hi. I’m seeking a roommate or room for rent preferably around Jan 1st. My budget is about 2 thousand per month per person and at least a one year lease. I don’t have a gender preference but would definitely like to be friends with my roommate or roommates. I did the Navy for a long time. I’m in school full time and would like to be relatively close to SDSU. I really want to explore San Diego and I love traveling, music, fashion, arts, and food. I love being a homebody sometimes and I also love going out. I would want someone who keeps clean and is great with communication. I have some apartment furnishings and kitchen appliances we could share. I’m currently looking at homes/apartments in La Mesa and University Heights. I’m LGBTQ+ friendly and pet friendly.
