Hi everyone! Looking for a friendly, clean, and responsible woman/ woman identifying roommate in her s to share a beautiful bath apartment in the heart of Logan Square. This is a sublease available now until the end of the lease (end of May ) with option to renew if it feels like a good fit. The room is not furnished but we have included photos with and without furniture to help give an idea of the size of the room.

Laundry is in building but coin operated and plenty of room to store things in basement (no additional cost). Spacious yard on the side of the building. A one minute walk from Innjoy, 7-eleven, and various other fun things. Rent is $, doesn’t include electric, gas, and internet which usually come to under $ per person. Must be respectful of shared spaces and willing to contribute to household chores.

A little about the roomies:

Jess: , Currently a student at DePaul during the week and bartends on weekends. Very social but loves chilling at home too. If you're allergic to cats just know Simba (pics included) is probably going to want to nap with you. Interests: volleyball, yoga, crafting, reading, snowboarding, music.

Meyah: . In the service industry currently! can make you a mean cocktail. social, clean. My interests are reading, concerts/music, movies, pottery, and other artsy related things
