I am looking for a room (Female )

Description

I don't need much just space for a desk bed and clothes, along with wifi that is already installed (I'll obviously pay my fair share) and preferably AC. Also, if there was a bit of extra space somewhere in the place for my belongings, that would be great however, it is not neccesary. I am pretty quiet, sometimes I might laugh loudly but other than that I am quiet. I am also allergic to cats but not deathly allergic so I can deal with it if absolutely neccesary. I do want to get a dog once I move up there if possible so pet friendly would be prefered. My budget is negotiable, as I'm kind of lowballing it because I will just be moving to the area so I will be finding a job up there to fit my needs, but if neccesary I will figure it out.
