Private bedroom and private bathroom in two bedroom condo right near the beach and downtown! Bedroom currently has a fold out couch and other furniture in it as you can see from the pictures. However, it can be completely empty if you have furniture. The pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by 7 waterfalls and a large duck pond. The best part is you can view it all from the patio deck. It’s like you’re always on vacation. Oh, did I mention the gym, sauna, tennis courts, and dog park too?!!! Utilities included! Electricity, internet, tv, gas, water, trash, use of appliances, washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. Reserved parking spot.
