I am looking for a reletter for my private bedroom in a townhome in the Woodlands of College Station for immediate move in! The lease ends in July of with options for renewal. The other bedroom is also available for rent. Men and women welcome, and cats/dogs too!

Utilities are paid for the year! October rent has been paid and I will pay for November if you sign before then!
