This is a beautiful area that’s a little outside the craziness of the city while still being close enough to easily access everything you love. This is an especially great location for those working at either the Waterton or Deer Creek Lockheed locations or those working in the Denver Tech Center area.

Looking for two guys to fill 2 rooms in a three bedroom townhome in Roxborough Park! The master bedroom is available for $/month and a secondary bedroom is available for $/month. Utilities not included in that price, that would be split three ways between us. The master bedroom has a sweet master bathroom with a tile shower and a walk in closet. The secondary bedroom has plenty of space to fit a queen size bed and a desk and dresser.

My current roommate is moving out and taking most of the furniture, so the pictures do a good job showing the space that’s available if you want to bring furniture along! There is a refrigerator and washer and dryer included with the house, the house has air conditioning, and is pretty much brand spanking new in general so it’s nice! There is a garage for someone to park in and to use for storage, so it’s a very friendly place to live if you have extra stuff and don’t want to pay for a storage unit!
