Tradesman starting over

Description

I have a growing handyman business, I'm starting over after moving back to Arizona and currently staying with family. I'm looking for a chill environment and/or family environment for when my 8 year daughter is in town from Texas(for the holidays). If I'm not working, than I am usually either out with family or at the gym. I know personal boundaries and I clean up after myself.. I was a stay at home dad for almost 2 years so I've picked up few skills..

Disclaimer: I am willing to trade work around the house for deduction of rent or fees... I mean... I am a "handyman" to have around lol
